Here's a step-by-step how-to post pics in the gallery.

1. Login of course and remember to check the 'Remember Me' box
2. At the top where the buttons are, there is an '@' sign. Put your cursor over the '@' sign and a menu will pop up.
3. Click on the 'Upload file'  from that menu.
4. Another page will come up saying 'Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files'. Just click on the 'Create / order my albums' button.
5. When the new page comes up, click on ' New'. Now type in the name of the album you want to make. Most of the time it's your Username.
6. Now click on 'Apply Modifications'
7. Click on 'Continue' button
8. Now, go back to the top and click on the '@' sign again and click on 'Upload file'
9. A new screen will come up and you will see a 'File uploads' area. Just click on the browse button and navigate to the folder where the pics are on your computer.
10. After choosing the pics you want to upload, click on the 'Continue' button.
11. It may take awhile to upload them depending on how big the files are but when it's done a screen will appear either saying the upload was successful or not. Usually when it's not successful, the files were too big. Try to keep the file size as small as possible.
12. After you get a successful upload, click on the 'Continue ' button.
13. A new screen will appear. Click on the 'Select Album' arrow and choose the album you made before.
14.  Then enter a file name and description if you want then click on 'Continue'
15. If everything goes right, a new screen will come up saying, 'The previous file was placed successfully. You have successfully placed all the files.' Hit continue.

That should be it. It sound like a lot but once you get the hang of it, it only takes a minute or so to post a pic. Once you have set up your album, there is no need to do steps 4-7 anymore
